Vm gpu passthrough vm wont boot

Hi guys, I have got the gpu set for the vm (win 10) and with it at vnc it opens and works perfectly but when i set it to my gpu it doesnt display to the screen and I cannot connect remotely like i could before so i believe it is not booting properly.

I have tried all suggestions that I have found and nothing seems to work

 

Here is the vm xml, logs, devices with the gpu grouped and the unraid startupvm xml.txtvm logs.txtunraid startup.txt

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
