March 15, 20242 yr I searched and couldn't find anything... Is there way to install a pci-e card of some sort to take audio transcoding away from my CPU? Maybe a long shot but figured I would ask. I have quite a few people who listen to audiobooks and music on my server so there is a lot of audio transcoding. March 16, 20242 yr I would think this would be dependent on which application you are using to serve the audio data.
