How to set DHCP options on interface eth0.43 without losing configuration after restart or reconfiguration of the network?

 

like this: dhcpcd -d  eth0.43 --hostname=xxxxhostname --clientid=xxxid --vendorclassid=xxxid --logfile=/root/dhcp.log
