Unraid hangs after replacing parity drive

So my parity drive was dying so I replaced it today, problem is that it is rebuilding fine, but if I try and copy anything or read anything off the server, the machine hangs and gives a bunch of errors on the screen, I can't get a copy of the log file? Is there any reason for that?  Or should I just let the parity build and try and not use the server?

    I think i know what the problem is, I used a backup of my flash and it seems to be fine again, I think when I compiled virtualbox on the server it wasn't that stable. will know in a couple hours
