CPU frequency reported as the AVX frequency

Normal CPU Scaling Governor: Performance

I have my CPU overclocked to 4.6 Ghz all-core with an AVX offset of -1

Both /proc/cpuinfo and CoreFreq shows my CPU frequency as 4500 Mhz (my AVX frequency) instead of 4600 Mhz.

If I set my AVX offset to 0, it then shows 4600 Mhz.

I am not temperature or power limited, so it's not downclocking.

Wondering if anybody else has seen this behavior?

Thanks
