How do you get Unraid to go Online?

I am legally blind and from a recent Unraid update I have been unable to use my Plex account. It is registering my server as being offline? 

 

Can somebody provide me with direction on how turn my server online when it comes to using Plex. 

 

At the same time, my Windows 10 or Windows 11 are not registering my server as part of its Network.
