Intel i3-4150 integrated GPU drivers

I upgraded my unRAID server from a Celeron cpu to the i3-4150 with integrated HD-4400 gpu.

 

I cannot get Plex to use the gpu for transcoding. I also cannot find the drivers anywhere.

 

I also want to do some transcoding of my movies with Tdarr with extra parameters "--device=/dev/dri" for intel gpu transcoding but again not seeing the gpu transcoding.

I discovered that the i3 GPU doesn't support H265 transcoding! CPU only is going to take months!
