Use the 4 GB drive for your production server, use the 8 GB drive for a test server (testing out various add-ons, etc.). If you don't need a test server, you could use the 8 GB as a mirror of the 4 GB drive and keep it as a backup. Use the 16 GB drive for something else. Link to comment
