Docker Container Startup Order Number

Featured Replies

Hi!

I understand that the current startup order priority is based on the docker location in the Docker tab, however, it might be a better idea to have a simple input that allows for a number to set said Dockers startup location?

I currently have a the FolderView plugin and opting to set my Docker containers to startup in the correct order is not possible. If, instead, I had an input for each Docker container, I could number these how I feel necessary.

E.g. I run Immich for photos that is in a folder with Plex and other media servers. For Immich I also have a database Docker container, for Postgres. My number for POSTGRES would be "1", therefore meaning it would take priority as the first Docker container to startup. From there I would assign IMMICH with a number of "2", meaning it would then follow as next. Any numbers NOT stated could then be set to prioritise from top-to-bottom.

Please note that this does not simply benefit people using the FolderView plugin such as myself, however it would benefit people who would like to simply place more commonly used Docker containers at the top of their Docker tab without losing the ability to set a startup for after other Docker containers.
