You are much more likely to receive fast support. GitHub also makes it easier for me categorize and organize potential issues. If at all possible, this thread should be related to Unraid specific issues with Janitorr, like incorrect permissions or a template with fauly defaults. Needless to say, this thread is specifically only for issues with my template. Any other installations of Janitorr not maintained by me (the developer of Janitorr) will have to be ignored.
