求解：编辑windows虚拟机时配置出错，无法恢复快照也无法删除快照

操作步骤：

1、再手动添加虚拟磁盘时，报错，然后虚拟机就消失不见了，domains文件夹能看到所有磁盘都在（包括新增的）,手动删除了memorywindows.mem

2、重新添加windows虚拟机，名称与原来的一样，可以看到原来的快照

3、点击恢复快照，一直转圈，完全没有任何恢复或报错，等几天都是一样

4、点击删除快照，也是转圈，然后没有任何变化

 

求教：

1、快照文件存储路径是哪里

2、以上操作方式后，还能否恢复快照或删除快照

3、如不能，恢复快照的前提是什么

 

本来有快照功能非常开心，但是操作起来感觉和其他系统的快照差距巨大啊，请大神指导
