cURL Error 7 issue

Featured Replies

Hello,

My ISP recently gave me a new modem and updated my public IP address. Since then, I have not been able to access the Unraid GUI through Connect.

I have my port forwarding all setup, nothing changed there. When I run the port check, I get a cURL error 7 message. I've tried changing the port and still get it. Any help would be appreciated. Let me know if there is anything that I need to post like logs. I will get them

Side note - When I got the new modem, I put it into bridge mode as I have a tp-link Omada setup, router, switches, and controller.

ugh, that's gotta be frustrating. in the meantime, have you tried switching to a dynamic (i.e. upnp) setup?

also, hopefully not a big deal, but the first part of your connect url is visible in the screenshot (in the url bar). crop that next time 😉
