LIS9300 16i not seen

hello all!  very new to Unraid and am still working through all the ins and out.  I've just recently put an LSI 9300 16i card in that should be in IT mode.  As a test i've plugged two drives into it but when booting unraid i don't see the drives at all.  i'm at bit of a loss on how to start backtracking the problem.  I've attached a copy of my diagnostics if anyone could help point me in the right direction.  TY!!

    i think everyone can disregard!  it seems like it's not a controller issue, but a power to the back plane issue!
