jellyfin stopped allowinng connections.

In my docker sectionn jellyfin nno loger shows an IP address, I have rited settign to host, bridge, or putting it on my 10g fibre nic nothing. I hardcoded the IP for the 10gig it has internet access. but a netstat shows zero ports open. here is that output

I am at a loss all my other dockers on unraid are working fine. I even stopped docker and restarted it
