Add helpful error message for container startup

When starting a container fails (Docker => Click on the container icon => Start), the error message is pretty useless:

I think it would be great if you add the error message and information to fix the problem.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
