x.erp is a lightweight, free and open-source (AGPL-3.0) inventory and ERP system for small shops and small businesses.

  • Products with barcodes and multiple units, Excel import

  • Purchase / sales orders, returns, payments received and paid

  • Multi-warehouse stock, transfers, stock taking, low-stock alerts

  • Finance records, reports, staff accounts with permissions

  • Works in desktop and mobile browsers; single SQLite database, all data stays on your server

The user interface is in Simplified Chinese.

Setup

  • Web UI port: 8686

  • Appdata: /mnt/user/appdata/xerp → /data (database, daily automatic backups, logs)

  • First login: admin / admin123, or the password you set in XERP_ADMIN_PASSWORD before the first start. Change it after logging in.

  • Anonymous usage statistics (random install ID, version, platform) can be turned off in 系统设置 (Settings).

Updating: just update the container in the Docker tab; data in appdata is kept.

Until the app is in Community Applications, you can add the template by adding https://github.com/Zyc009234/x.erp to Template Repositories at the bottom of the Docker tab, then Add Container → Template → x.erp.

I'm the developer and would like to submit this template to Community Applications. Moderators: if this support thread belongs in Docker Containers, please feel free to move it there.

Questions and bug reports are welcome in this thread or on GitHub Issues.
