Plex Update Doesn't Install

As per title the Plex Media Server has been showing an update for the last couple of days but when I hit install it does nothing. Anybody know why and how to fix it? Does it stop the need to restart Plex every 18 hours or so?

Running 5b14 on pro with cache drive, and thats where plex has its library and temp directory.

Did you wait for a bit?  It downloads the new archive in the background.  Is a 60mb download and can be slow in my experience.  Re: restarting every 18h.. have you got your library files in a hidden share on a cache drive?  something like /.plex/?  If so, that's the issue (it was for me.)  Just change it to a cache only share.
