Haven't seen any great deals on drives recently.  THIS ONE is pretty good for a 750G - just over 13 cents per gig.  Limit 2 at a time.

 

Fry's is a good place to buy drives - they ship retail drives in retail packaging which includes accessories (i.e.., cables and screws).  I have bought several drives from them and they have always been factory fresh and come very well packaged.

 

I do not personally own any Samsung drives but a lot of unRAID users have good experiences with them.
