December 14, 201213 yr Yesterday, my son was watching a movie, and all of the sudden it started to stutter and losing audio. I never noticed this before. I was about 9:30 AM. I checked unMenu, and I noticed it was doing a parity check, which I thought it is supposed to do it on the 1st of the month at midnight. However, I've done parity checks before while I was streaming movies without any issues, but this was when I had RC5B12. Anyone else noticed this? Also, how can I change or edit the date and time parity checks are done?

Assuming your date is set correctly, and you did not modify the normal 1st of the month scheduled time, assume it was not the scheduled monthly check. However, I've done parity checks before while I was streaming movies without any issues, but this was when I had RC5B12. But before you do that, figure out why your server rebooted. (did you lose power?) Joe L.

I usually turn it off if it isn't being use for a long period of time may be a day or so. I also checked the date and time and it is correct.
