Issue loosing web interface

Featured Replies

I'm running the latest version of unRAID and am experiencing a strange issue, I'm loosing access to the web interface. I can telnet onto the machine fine and there is nothing on the syslog relating to a problem. I'm currently adding new drives, transferring data across to the raid but I don't think the issue is cpu load related because when I can access the web interface it's good and fast, then it'll just stop being there.

ifconfig shows the network fine, I can ping the NIC and from the bash prompt I can even ping my work station.

Any ideas?

Oh yes, and as a noob with linux, how do I do a safe power down from the bash prompt, e.g. stop the RAID and power off so I can do a reboot.

Thanks for the advice in advance, and sorry for asking such stupid questions.
