Does anyone have any advice on a free email service that would provide non TLS or SSL authentication SMTP access so it would  be compatible with the notification scripts out there?

 

I have Qwest, Lycos, and GMail and all require either SSL or TLS to access the SMTP server.

 

I also have a Windows 2003 Server box that has an SMTP server service on it, but I can't seem to get it to send mail to the public internet (I don't have a domain and hence no MX registration).

    3. Adjust your preference.
