System load?

I'm running unraid 5 rc8a I believe (not home right now so unable to verify). I'm running cache  dirs, sabnzbd, mysql, sickbeard, and plex media server.. Unraid specs in sig.

I've tested streaming a couple HD (720p and 1080p) videos on plex and appears to be working OK.. Anyway, for my question.

After streaming a video file for only a short amount of time (was playing OK, not perfect but fine for my purposes) I checked my sysload and it was at 6+ and this was only after a couple of mins.. Is there any problems with running this high for extended periods? I understand unraid may struggle or be choppy if other things decide to run at the same time, which I'm fine with, i will be streaming rarely (which is the largest cpu hog at the moment)
