ASRock E350M1 AMD E-350 APU or another mini-itx for a AMD A4-3300 Llano 2.5GHz

The build I'm working on has to use a mini-itx motherboard and I was leaning towards the ASRock E350M1 AMD E-350 APU0 APU

Will this motherboard/apu combo work with unraid and if so will it be enough power to run addons such as sabnzb and sickbeard?

Would it be a better option to go with something like a AMD A4-3300 Llano 2.5GHz Socket FM1

I'm open to other suggestions as well, my only requirements are at least 4 sata ports, mini-itx board and trying to keep costs low.

If I was going for a low cost system I'd go for one of the Ivy Bridge based Celeron CPUs. There is no getting around it that in terms of both performance per watt and performance per GHz, if you don't need a good GPU (and you don't in this case), Intel is simply just way better right now.

The Celeron G1610 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116889&Tpk=g1610) costs $10 more than the A4-3300 yet is ~40% faster, and runs cooler.

Pair that Celeron with this board. It's Mini-ITX, has 4 onboard SATA ports and a 16x PCIe 2.0 slot for an add on controller card later when you need more disks: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138327

Sorry, my math was off a bit on the price difference between the board/CPU I listed and the E-350 board but in terms of performance it is way worth it. That E-350 is about the equivalent of an Intel Atom N2700 in terms of performance. Which is to say, not great.

hmm yea looks like I can get the E-350 for $95 or the celeron board/cpu for $130.  My question then is obviously the celeron is 3 times as fast according to benchmarks but will I actually use that extra power with just unraid/sabnzb/couchpotato ?

Also not sure on actual real life usage but the E-350 has a max TDP 18 Watts and the celeron is 55 Watts.

Still recommend the Celeron for this setup over the E-350?
