Could someone give me the commands to gracefully shutdown the array (or reset the web interface) so that I won't damage it? Quote Link to comment

You can only stop the array and reboot. Instructions are in the wiki. http://lime-technology.com/wiki/index.php/Console#To_cleanly_Stop_the_array_from_the_command_line Once stopped you can type reboot or hit the reset button on your server.
