No, the original link was the correct one for the 16MB cache version.  They are now out of them (at least Amazon is).  However, your link is a great price for the EADS version that has 32MB cache.

    The EADS is also a 3 platter drive.  Its performance and energy savings is much better than the EACS, easily worth $10 difference.

     

    Edited to add - it appears the EADS is now cheaper on Amazon than the EACS!
