November 29, 201312 yr I saw a thread here about virtualizing unRAID from an Arch Linux host. Does this require any specific hardware? I am looking at a Proliant N54L solution with 6 drives, IMPI and low power/noise, but I don't see any threads where this exact hardware was used for an Arch host. I have read that the N40L is underpowered for virtualization, but it looks like the N54L may be able to handle it: http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/640/AMD_Turion_II_Neo_N40L_vs_AMD_Turion_II_Neo_N54L.html Sadly, I cannot find anywhere whether it supports vt-d or amd-v necessary for USB passthrough. Does anyone know if it supports this?
