From SD. Anyone think these will go much cheaper in January or not so much since 5TB drives will be so costly.

Well, I ordered one with some Amazon credit I had in my account. Just stinks that they only limit you to 1 drive per account. I sell on AZ as my full time job so I don't want to jeopardize that with using different accounts to circumvent their policy.

Back down to $169.99 now. I'm surprised no one else grabbed this at the lower price yesterday.

I do love my 2TB seagate NAS.... wish i had the funds for this LOL  :P

It's preclearing now on a pcie x1 card at 130MB/s; not sure if that's as fast as it gets but it's still quicker than my other spinners. Took a little over 40 hours for 1 cycle though, so 3 cycles will take 5 days to complete 3 cycles. Then I'll replace the current parity drive with it and then move the old parity drive to an open slot in the array.
