January 29, 201412 yr I think that's from a bad block of memory on your flash. Hopefully, its just a file system problem that can be cleaned up. Shutdown unRAID, and pop the flash in a PC. Copy the flash to your PC as a backup. Run checkdisk on the flash. (on a Mac, use Disk Utility) Repair the flash.

January 30, 201412 yr Author Turned out that the stick was toeasted, liftime warrenty, so are getting a new stick, and thx to Tom that got me a new key for the new stick i got.
