MAC address change results in no network

So I enabled bonding after doing some configuration changes this weekend, and now none of my VMs can get an ip address.  I have to assume this is because the now-bonded interface has a different MAC address from the one it had when the NICs were separate.  Is there a way to reconfigure the VMs to use the new MAC?
