I noticed that I was only getting ~60 MB/s while copying a large video from one share to another, so I checked Resource Monitor and noticed this:

Isn't ethernet supposed to be full duplex?

    When you say from one share to another, do you mean you are using a windows computer to copy the video file from one share on unraid to another share on unraid?  And is a cache drive involved.  If so and no cache drive is involved the 60MB/s is fine especially since the file is going via your Windows PC.
