unRAID 5.0.4 VM in Xenserver - issue with transfer speeds

I've tried ESXI, unraid 6 and Xenserver, and Xenserver suits me the best.  My 5.0.4 VM is humming along perfectly, except over time the transfer speeds drop to almost nothing, but the problem gets solved by a reboot.  Even after a reboot my transfer speeds to the protected array hard drives are 10-15mb/second, whereas when I was running unraid 6 before I was getting speeds between 30-50mb/second.

 

I'm wondering if updating the unraid VM to 5.0.5 or one of the unraid 6 betas might solve the issue. Has anyone successfully updated their unraid VM in xenserver?

 

Otherwise, any ideas?
