New setup help?

Hi guys. im setting up my second unraid box.  I ordered the preconfigured usb drive a week or so ago.  Im using an asus m2n 32sli mb.  My other unraid box uses the exact same mb and processor.  I went in the bios and set the boot sequence to 1st=removable 2nd=hard drive.  I have tried it both ways just to be safe.  I put the drive in the usb port and i get nothing.  It starts up with the asus logo, then finds my video card and supermicro sata card.  Then it changes to a blank screen with a flashing underscore.  Any suggestions?  The bios was really easy to set( i set it just like i did on the other box).  Could it be a messed up jump drive(im not blaming anything Tom ;)).  Please help me.

Can the flash drive from the first server boot the new motherboard?

To try,

Stop the existing server, make a copy of the config folder on the flash drive so you can restore it no matter what happens on the new.

Plug it into the new motherboard and see if it will boot.

If so, I'd do another compare of the bios options between the two motherboards.

I got it. I went back and re did all the steps.  I tried disabling the quick boot options.  I didnt have to on the other mb. Must be different bios version.  Thanks though.
