Hey all,

 

So this was a new one to me. I installed two new SATA 1 400GB drives tonight and another promise SATA 300TX4. Upon booting the system it said the parity drive and the DISK1 was missing. so i powered down and checked cables in case. No problem there. I had to reassign the parity drive and disk one. then I assigned the new 400 GB drives it is now clearing those, When I install just one new drive is only seems to rebuild parity it does not seem to do a clear, this time the system told me I was installing more then one drive and they would need to be cleared. Does this all sound correct.
