I am trying to install Plex on my unRAID 5.06 server. The Phaze plugin seems to have installed properly but when I try to run the install for Plex I get this error message. "Failed to download Plex install file.  Aborting installation"

 

My can successfully ping the gateway 192.168.0.1 and also external 8.8.8.8.

 

I have read through the .plg file but it is beyond my skills to find and check the url for the download.

 

Any help is gratefully accepted.

Make sure you have a /flash/packages directory. That's where it is trying to download to and will fail if it isn't there.

Thanks so much.  All fixed. It's always the simple things. I was not aware of the need for that. :)
