Pear Install for NewzNab

Trying to install NewzNab my unRaid (had it working for years on a separate Mac). One of the requirements is PEAR.

 

I've followed the installer guide for PEAR but installer quits with "XML Extension not found"

 

Spent plenty of time with Google and I haven't been able to find an answer.

 

Would welcome any advice as I can't proceed without resolving this.
