Sync - not saving settings

I am using BT Sync plugin to sync data, but my throttle speed settings do not save.  They revert back as soon as I restart the container.  I am using the limetech version of this.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
