This board is socket 775, has onboard GMA 4500 video, Atheros AR8112 LAN (Doesn't mention Gigabit speeds) and 4 3Gb/s Sata Ports (plus two additional PATA ports).  Someone will have to confirim that these components are supported by unRAID, because I have not personally used them.
