Time in docker images (SABnzbd, SickRage, CouchPotato)

I've installed the SABnzbd, SickRage, CouchPotato images and they are working great.  The only problem is that they all seem to have their time off by about 5 hours.  That's a problem because the time on all the logs are messed up and I can't setup a proper schedule in SABnzbd.  Executing the date command in the  shell shows the correct date/time.

What guides you used to set them up.  I'm new
