Hi all,

 

I'm looking at building an unRAID server but before I buy the hardware, I'd like to make sure that unRAID can do what I want it to do and I can't seem to find the information anywhere. I'm hoping to use my unRAID server as an offsite backup primarily for the recording and composing I do on my Mac and my dad Wouk also love key to use it to backup his Ph.D. I'd just like to know if this is possible and how easy this is to set up.
