You might of tried this, but have you looked at the App Store? Cydia would only have apps from people who either got rejected from Apple App Store or apps which would never be approved by Apple anyways. From what I can see, you can only access this application via a web link below:

 

m.google.com/voice

 

There doesn't seem to be any alternatives other than to use other then the link.

Nope, i hacked my phone and found it in cydia.  If any of you have an iphone and get fed up with Crapple, try sinfuliphone.com.  it is VERY useful.  Thanks
