Persistent Path for USB Device?

I've tried to follow this guide for making a persistent path for my zwave stick and udevinfo doesn't appear to be recognized. 

# udevinfo
-bash: udevinfo: command not found

lsusb produces the device 

# lsusb        
Bus 002 Device 019: ID 0658:0200 Sigma Designs, Inc.

 

 

Any thoughts on what can be done to persistently link it to a fixed path?

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
