OVA to Raw Conversion

I think this is more of a linux question then anything, but worth a shot.

 

I have an OVA file that I'd like to convert to RAW and boot via unraid. The conversion went fine, but when booting the VM I get the following error: 

 

Edit - I get the error when booting from RAW or VMDK.
