VGA Passthrough Asus GTX 560 DirectCU - ROM Issue

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to get a proper vga passthrough with unRaid 6.4 and an Asus GTX 560 DirectCU card on an Win10 VM since hours (together with Pentium G4600, Gigabyte B250-D3H). The Win10 VM is installed on a seperated SSD via the 'unassigned drives" plugin. However, I haven't been very successful or lets say its a total fail so far. So, what I've done: I've strictly followed the tutorials tutorial01 and tutorial02. Hence, I've extraced the Vbios of the graphic card and inserted it via the XML configuration. However, each time I'm starting up the VM I'm getting the error message:

I've tried to play around with different settings according to the common hints and recommendations here in the forum and the above mentioned tutorials. But I didn't get it working properly, the rom is not inserted to the VM. Consequently, I'm getting the error code 43 in my VM's device manager and the GTX 560 is disabled. Has somebody the crucial hint for me to get it working?? Here is my XML setting:
