UnRAID becomes unresponsive after about 12 hours. Please Help

I have been using unRAID for about 2 years without any major issues until recently. Now the server will become unresponsive after about 12 hours or so. Then I can not login to the web GUI but I can ssh and access VMs. Any attempt to access the NAS general results in a network failure. Attached is my diags. I am a little lost as to what I should be looking for. Any advice is appreciated.

    For some reason the mover was not triggering automatically and the cache got so full things started breaking. Things are okay now. Hoping that it stays that way.
