Water Cooling Uruk: My Ryzen-Shine Server

Hi all,

I've been bitten by the water bug and have finally come to the conclusion that my chip and cards need to be cooled by something better than air.  I've been waiting and finally the water blocks for my GPUs are on sale for about $120 (-$30) so I think I'm ready to move forward.  Here is a part list of what I believe necessary for my loop (softline, first time WC and I love to swap parts) and I'm looking for input on what can be improved, in terms of noise, performance, or budget.  Personally I think the price tag is rather high, but I don't have much experience in this field.

 

This will be for the build in my signature, meant for cooling a 1700x OC 4.0GHz and 2 GTX 1080s.

So many parts!  I feel like there are better approaches to WC than what I've outlined above..  I ask my colleagues, do you have any recommendations?

Bonus points:  My case is a ThermalTake Core P3, and with open air I'm afraid my motherboard won't get any cooling.  Input here would be appreciated!
