How do I enable Jumbo Frames?

Featured Replies

Where in UnRaid do I enable Jumbo Frames?  Everything on my Network is set for Jumbo Frames at 9014 Bytes, so I want to set my UnRaid server to the same.

Thanks,

Kerry

I know that in Linux, you use this command for enabling jumbo frames:

ifconfig eth0 mtu xxxx

Where xxxx is the frame size like: 9000, 7000 or whatever. But to make it permanent on unRaid after each reboot, I'll guess this command have have to be put in a script and saved somewhere in the /boot directory. Maybe someone else here know exactly where to put it.

It would be added as a line in the

config/go

file.
