[Partially Solved] Windows 10 VM Lost its performance suddenly - FS Drop 16 000 -> 13 000. Unplayable LAG

Hi Unraid community and LimeTech.

I recently bought unraid basic, since i finally got my VM running properly with Spaceinvader One videos. Unraid has been super great and easy platform to build an great server, however i have came to problems what i have had before, but not on Unraid, and really never got away of it on other OS:es (qemu-kvm in ubuntu & arch linux in past 2 years).  This unraid is 2 weeks old installation.

 

Problem is when i move mouse on Windows 10 VM, i get significant fps drops, to unplayable levels. Example GTA V 1440p 144hz Standing still fps 120, running around with keyboard fps drops to 60, which is still normal, but when i grab to my mouse fps drops to 33 and under, and start to lag by mouse movement. Also my 3D Mark FireStrike benchmarks have gone down for no reason. First week with unraid and i got 15 800 points, now last result was 13 000. I noticed my problems started to occur after using Nvidia Shield GameStream + Moonlight, but they can have started earlier since i do not have had time to play games. My VM did work great for week before this.

 

My computer hardware is:

Motherboard:    Asus Z9PE D8 WS
Memory:            1600mhz Samsung 64GB ECC
CPUs:                 2x Intel Xeon E5-2560 (v1)
GPUs:                 Nvidia's Titan X (Pascal), Gigabyte Gtx 770 & MSI GT710

SSDs:                 Samsung 850 Pro 512GB, Samsung 850 Pro 128GB & Samsung 850 Evo 256 GB
HDDs:                Western Digital 2TB and Western Digital 1TB


I have done CPU full second cpu isolation, been using emulatorpin and using raw unmounted disks for windows gaming VM with cache='none' io='threads'/>. I also have passed through USB 3 PCI to VM, and it is connected to 7 port USB hub which has Poor USB sound card, Displays USB Hub which has Mouse and Keyboard usb inputs.

Any help would be super great. Ive been struggling so long with all kind of VM problems. I feel like my battery is dying.

Any help would be really appreciated. If i forgot to add something, do not hestitate to ask.

 

Edit: I found out even videos, youtube and twitch starts lag by mouse movement. This problem has before occured when i assign a usb mouse to VM, not when passing trough usb pcie and attaching mouse to USB port. Any suggestions?

Edit2: I removed GT710 graphics card, still got lagg, played with pci speed settings in bios, boot to win vm, still lagg, did revert pci speed settings back like it was and now mouse movement does not lagg the game, even tough i still do really poor performance stress test FireStrike on combined scores. Still can't understand what does trigger this problem. Problem partially solved, for now.
