For at least 10 years I'm just been using Transmission on my Mac for dealing with torrents.  I don't do a lot of torrenting and won't be plugging this into Radarr/Sonarr or anything like that.  What I'd like to do is switch to something running in docker on my unraid server with a watch folder on my Mac. Aside from wanting a decent GUI/CLI, I need to have the level of control where I can base seeding ratios by tracker and keywords in the torrent.  Deluge with plugins looks like it might be a good way to go, but before I spend too much time looking at all the options, figured I would get the opinions of the folks here.
