Ensure docker and VM stay on cache

Featured Replies

Hi,

I'm a new user evaluating unraid as a replacement of freenas. I will have a few containers and VMs to set up. I currently have 2x 3TB drives (1 for data and 1 for parity) and a 250 GB SSD cache.

I've setting up docker right now. My cache is already full as I've already copied data to the NAS. How can I force docker data and containers to be on cache and to never be moved to the array ?

Also, could it be an issue to have a 1TB SSD as main data disk and a 1 TB HDD as parity disk ?

Thanks

Edit: Had not seen the 'only' option is use cache... :)
