I personally can vouch for this power supply. I use it in my Antec 1200 build. Its Antec's largest single rail power supply, and it has worked beautifully for my 16 drive build (but as you said, I bet it could do about 22 drives).

 

The only downside is that it doesn't have a ton of sata power connectors, but so many backplates use molex power anyway.....
